Fitness Class Descriptions Absession - This class is designed to tone &strengthen the abdominals, waist, & lower back. Intensity Varies .B -A Crazy Cardio - This class varies and may include combinations of low &high impact, step, kickboxing, toning, weights or bands. B -A Instructor ’s Choice - A class that offers you a great cardio class with the element of surprise! The format will vary with every class. B-A Kickboxing - A cardio class that teaches all levels of punching, kicking, and blocking at a “choose your own intensity ” pace. B -A Gliding (tm) - Glide our way through a great cardio, core, balance and flexibility workout. B-A Hatha Yoga - A meditational strength and flexibility class, that focuses on the ancient art of Yoga. B-A Sit & Flex - A low intensity class for those with limited functional or cardio vascular capacity.A great class that addresses Flexibility, Resistance Training,and Stability.B Step n ’ sculpt - A step class with resistance training..This class gives you the choice to use low to high impact movements at your own intensity pace. B -I Trekking - A 45 minute Treadmill class with various types of programs using intervals of power walking,running and incline.B -A Low Impact - Cardio aerobics at low impact with toning to sculpt and increase muscle strength. B Salsa - Come dance your way into shape with the Salsa.
