All fitness levels (beginner to advanced) are welcome in each class.
Class description are below schedule.

We want to serve your aerobic needs by offering a variety of classes,
so class additions & subtraction are subject to participation levels.
If you really enjoy a class and want it to stay on the schedule, please continue to attend it.
We reserve the right to cancel/change any class or instructor that is not supported with attendance.

7:00 Yoga Pilates Yoga        
Body Sculpting:  A 60 minute overall body sculpting with weights and bands. B*A

Sculpting: A weight training class taught on the Free Weights area.

Hatha Yoga: A meditational strength and flexibility class, that focuses on the ancient art of Yoga.  A great workout and stress reliever. B*A

Instructor's Choice: A class that offers you a great cardio class with the elements of surprise!  The format will vary in every class.  B*A

KickBoxing: A High intensity class that incorporates all levels of punching, kicking, and blocking drills to increase cardio endurance. B*A

Low Impact: Cardio Aerobics at low impact with toning to sculpt and increase muscle strength.

Pilates: A series of exercises that uses the principles of JH Pilates that improves alignment, posture, and flexibility.  Develop long lean muscles by breathing and body control. B*A

Salsa: Come and experience a Latin beat, great dance moves workout.

Sit & Flex: A low intensity class for those with limited functional or cardio vascular capacity. B

STEP BLAST: Come celebrate 10+ years of Step Aerobics in this awesome 55 minute class. B*A

TREKKING: A TREADMILL class, with various types of programs using intervals of power walking, running and incline levels to raise your heart rate for an ultimate Fat-burning experience.

Cardio Mix: A full cardio workout with the elements of surprise - instructor's choice.  Moderate to high impact cardio.
